Additional Sinks – Local health departments often require additional sinks for handwashing, ware washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Four sinks are installed on of our California Carts so as to meet cal Code requirements. The 3 Ware Washing sinks are 12″ x 12″ x 10″ deep. The Hand Washing sink is 9″ x 9″ x 6″ deep. |

Stainless Steel Sink Divider – Californial County Health Departments require a metal dividing panel between the hand washing sink and the 3 ware washing sinks if they are located side by side or within 24″ of each other. This is required for hygiene purposes. |
